Can a booked session be rescheduled?

Does BLI guarantee exam success?

No. BLI provides training and preparation, but exam outcomes depend on learner level, practice, attendance, exam format and other factors outside BLI’s control.

Can companies book training for employees?

Yes. Companies can book individual employee training, group training, department training or framework agreements.

Can badges and certificates be used publicly?

Yes, but only within the granted scope, validity period, wording and usage rights. Expired or misleading badge use is not permitted.

Are BLI certificates official government certificates?

No. BLI certificates confirm BLI training, participation, completion or assessment scope. They do not replace official authority certificates, school degrees or official language exam certificates unless expressly stated.
